Everyone was out and about their business as Josey climbed the stairs of her apartment. Up she climbed, up to the rooftop, lit brightly by the moon overhead.Josey... Don't Jump.
She peered over the edge on her knees, slowly rising to her feet and watched the people gather below, horrified and mystified. How could she do that, want to leave her family behind? Her friends? Easy. Depression does crazy things to a person.
As she continued to look at each face, one held her eye, made her take a step back.
